Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Nicky and I’m 28, living in downtown Portland with 2 cats and 2 roommates! We all have fairly opposite schedules, so one of us is typically always at the apartment. I have a dog of my own, Clover, that I share with an old roommate, but she lives full time with her mom so no other doggies in the house. The cats are here, though! They are fine with dogs :) If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out!

Obviously being in Portland, I don’t have a yard, but I love a walk in the woods behind Evergreen Cemetery or Baxter Woods. I’m happy to bring your pup to a dog park also if they like other dogs to play with! Pets are allowed on the furniture and if they want to snuggle at night, I’m happy to have them in the bed after a paw wipe off. They will have lots of pets and toys to play with!

A typical day
I love to be outside, so like I said above, we’ll get out on a longer walk in the morning/afternoons whether that’s in the woods or Baxter Boulevard! Depending on the season, we can go for a hike also if your pup is down.

Availability
My schedule is Wednesday-Sunday nights, going in at 3:30pm. I work in a restaurant, so I get home at varying times depending on the night. If your pup needs extra walks throughout the day, my roommates are usually happy to help, but I will be home mornings/afternoons for a longer walk and to go out before bed.
