Best Home for Lazy Dogs
Pet care experience
If you’re looking for a laid back home for senior and/or lazy dogs, you’ve found the right place. Calvin (16/M) and Charley (12/F), both Chihuahuas, are usually found napping, eating, or snacking on treats in our house. Our weekends are usually lounging around the house, watching Disney+, baking cookies, and heading outside several times a day. We aren’t a “dog park for 3+ hours a day” kind of home. Senior dogs would enjoy a weekend getaway to our home, though, all are welcome!

Nick was excellent for the entire time he spent with our dogs. This was their first time spending time with someone outside of our immediate family and they accepted him right away. He kept us updated on how they were doing consistently while ensuring their comfort throughout the weekend. On the first night with them, he stayed with them to ensure they always felt comfortable. He made us feel confident that he would take great care of our pets right when he walked through the door. We will definitely contact him for our future trips and highly recommend him for anyone with any kind of anxiety about leaving their pets with someone new.
Nick & Matt are the best in the biz! Trust them with my pups every time I head out of town. From the pics alone, I can tell my pups are at home with them. ❤️
As always Nick took amazing care of Moose! I never worry about leaving my little fur baby with him!
If I could give Nickolas 10 stars, I would! He was literally perfect. Very professional and an outstanding communicator. The whole time I was gone, he provided daily updates with pictures. I was anxious about leaving my Skye Sissy with anyone whom she didn't know, but she loved him from the minute he met her. I felt confident leaving, I did not worry because I know that she was in capable and loving hands. Bravo to Nickolas for simply being AWESOME!

Calvin and Charley can usually be found on my lap or at my feet while I’m working away at my desk in the home office. On the weekend, I may venture out for a few hours, but home in time for snacks, a potty break, and belly rubs.
