Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of the dogs of my friends and family for years. I absolutely love being around pups and take the time to play, exercise (both their bodies and minds), and even train your dogs (if your dog likes a good training sesh). When I recently dog sat for our neighbors, I realized not only how great it was for their dog but also for my puppy Getty. We had a blast! I am particularly fond of training dogs and even bought an agility set for my back yard (Getty and I can do some pretty fun tricks!)

Great experience levinh my Aussie with Nicki!! She sent me photo updates throughout his stay and was very prompt in returning messages which i appreciated very much. I felt like my dog was in very good hands from the time i dropped him off and when i picked him up. ? ? ? ? ?!!
Nicki is one of our easy go-to’s whenever we need a helping hand with our Rhodesian Ridgeback Jerry. She handles big dogs really well and has helped us out in a bind with last minute calls a couple times. I’m a previous Rover sitter myself, and Nicki is everything you’d hope to get in a sitter. Plus her home is a perfect environment for any pet. Can’t go wrong!
Nicki was super communicative throughout Milo’s stay and sent many pictures. I could tell he had such a fun time because he came home happy and exhausted. Sometimes Milo can have separation anxiety and has a hard time adjusting to new people, but seemed really comfortable in Nicki’s care. I really valued Nicki’s intentionality around keeping Milo active! Will definitely book again :)
Nicki was amazing! She watched our Aussiedoodle Timber for a fun filled weekend- he didn't want to leave! They went on many walks and she was patient, caring, and fun. Would highly recommend Nicki!

A typical day
I truly love teaching dogs new things and positive reinforcement training. Me and Getty play a lot of fetch in the backyard and chase each other around. We go on walks in the neighborhood, but I have also found that for dogs who like to play, they just have fun with Getty in the yard until they get tired and chill out!

Availability
I work from home and will be with your dog for the entire duration of their time at my place. I have intermittent zoom meetings and always spend my time in between meetings either walking, playing, or training Getty (and your pup!). When I dog sit, I find that Getty does a lot of the work as he loves to play and engage with other pups (so if your pup likes to play, this is the place for you!)
