Nick took care of our 2 pups for over 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier! Daily updates and pics took the stress out of leaving our "kids" home for so long. We will definitely be using Nick in the future and highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to love and care for your pets while you are away.

I could not have picked a better place for Scout and Thai to stay while out of town. The pups were spoiled and loved. They had lots of room to play and run. Nick even got a little pool for them to cool down in.

My dog has stayed with Nick several times and is always excited when we arrive at his house. Bodhi has seizures occasionally, so we are always nervous to leave him. We are so grateful that we have found Nick, because we are comfortable and confident that Nick takes good care of him. During his most recent stay, Bodhi had a seizure. Nick notified us immediately and took detailed notes about Bodhi's condition, updating us frequently ...

Lay-Around or Play-Around

Nick & Diane:

Nick cares for visiting pups in our home. He has been doing so for several years and has 25+ repeat customers. Our two dogs, Olive and Babe (aka Kitty-Kat), have not yet met a visiting dog they did not like. Nick prefers to watch just 1 visitor at a time so we can give them the utmost attention ... treating them as if they were our own. We will occasionally take in two ...

What Nick would like to know about your dog

We will watch any dog of (almost) any age or sex (no pups under 1 year of age). We find that once you get to know a dog they just love to see you, whether coming to your house for a stay or you going to their home for a visit. They may know their owners are leaving for a while but they get over that quickly....especially when we begin to spoil them as we do.

When Nick watches your pet

Here's where we'll take our walks
We live on a country road. It is safe but not the easiest of walks. With the running area our yard provides most people agree a structured walk is not necessary. We will however walk your dog if after familiarizing yourself with our space you still feel a walk off premises is what your dog needs. No problem.

Your dog's sleeping arrangement
Your dog will sleep in our bedroom on his own bed, at least that is where we will start him out. There are always extra beds in the living room, the office and the 3rd bedroom. Therefore, after figuring the layout, your guy (or gal) may decide to sleep elsewhere....again, their call.

Time we will spend with your dog:
Either I or Diane will always be on premises. We spend time on and off with all of the dogs, ours and others, as we go through our daily activities. Your dog will either be roaming the yard, wrestling with one of our pups or just being lazy...indoors or out, his call.

Diane, while staying in your home, will make sure your pets (cats, dogs or whatever) are happy and content until you return. If that means letting them sleep with her or share the couch (as long as it is fine with you) then that's what we do.

Because I have been doing this for so many years you can be comfortable with the knowledge that I have probably faced any conceivable situation and can handle same properly.
