Nick was a wonderful pet sitter for my Northern Inuit. Nali was always so happy to see Nick, and they were always amazing with him.
I boarded my two cats, Amos and Nova, with Nick and it was a fantastic experience. They were well taken care of and Nick was always responsive if I needed anything. I was in-between living situations so it was an extended time. Nick was great about sending pictures and making sure I felt comfortable! My kitties couldn’t have been happier during their time with Nick.

My number one priority is your pet's safety and trust. I understand some animals may be timid or skidding around new people, or some may be overjoyed. I will approach them with gentleness and sensitivity to their needs and personalities. When going outdoors, I will keep them safe on their leash (if they have a harness, even better). I will be alert to our surroundings and if your dog does not do well seeing other dogs on walks, let me know and I will be sure to avoid other dogs by turning a corner, walking the other way, or if you prefer them to practice the exposure to stimuli such as other dogs, I will kneel down to reassure them in a soft voice, help calm down, and/or reward your dog for not reacting.

Let me know if your pet has specific needs such as medication, exercise restrictions, extra-gentle approach, etc. Please also let me know of any behavioral concerns such as aggression towards people or other animals, or certain triggers such as seeing other animals across the street, and how to support them. I understand you know your animal best, so you know better than anyone what works and what doesn't, and how important it is for an animal to have consistency while their owners are away. I will adapt to whatever approach, rewards, or positive reinforcement system you prefer to use with your animal.
A typical day
I love to exercise your dog's mental and physical energy. We will play games, take neighborhood walks, and possibly even try learning fun new tricks if you are comfortable with that.

Availability
I work part-time and go to school online. Tuesday through Thursdays I am typically free after 2pm. The rest of the week, I am usually available and/or flexible.
