Nichole did some things really well like taking good pictures and keeping us updated on our pups, but the thing that left a real bad taste in our mouth was when she didn’t disclose that she would working a shift the day she agreed to watch our dogs. We got a message around 10am where she was saying she was going to have to work longer than expected, she never told us she had to work in the first place. She then asked how long our dogs can be home alone. She mentioned she would be gone from them for over 9 hours…. Long story short we had to scramble to pay someone else to come check on our pups and let them go to the bathroom. If you book with her I would just clarify her schedule down to the minute to make sure it works for you.

Nichole is *chef’s kiss* Our gang loves when she comes over. She always takes such good care of them and it’s such a relief going away and knowing they’re in great hands. 100/10 will book again!!!
