Pet care experience
I'm currently studying zoology at Michigan State University, so I have knowledge that goes deeper than domesticated animals. I have had a dog for four years and I am constantly finding ways to incorporate enrichment and experiences to improve his welfare. My dog knows a large majority of tricks and has been trained by my family and me. I’ll be back and available in the Grand Rapids area on 5/10!

Nichole responded quickly for a last minute request for a drop in visit for our cat, Zoe, who required administering medication with her food. Nichole was very communicative and even sent us a picture of Zoe during her visit! Looking forward to continue working with Nichole!

I have known Nichole for over 10 years. Her love for animals has always been apparent. I’ve seen her love and care for her own dog. She loves that dog more than anything. I’ve never seen anyone take better care of an animal than her!
Nichole has taken care of my pet cat in the past and everything was great! She always showed up on time, kept everything clean, and was very nice and respectful.

A typical day
I like to take dogs on a nice walk (usually around their familiar neighborhood) and play with their toys to release their energy. I also enjoy just relaxing with them and giving them plenty of pets and love :)

I am currently working part-time at Build a Bear Workshop and volunteering at the John Ball Zoo, so animal care positions at night are desired!
