Disappointed with Nichole’s house sitting stay. Left for a 10 day Hawaii trip, but ended up having to come home on day 7, spending $500 on airline change fees for it. She was supposed to stay at our house the whole time, except for Christmas Eve. After not getting any updates on the dogs for 3 days, even after multiple requests, we finally checked our security cameras and saw she left our dogs for 16 hours straight (5pm-9am the following morning). When she finally came back, she let the dogs in the backyard for 5 minutes, fed them, and put them back in the room for the next 9 hours. We were so upset, we knew we couldn’t enjoy the rest of our stay knowing our dogs were getting neglected, so we spent the money to come home early. So our dogs were not cared for properly, our vacation was ruined, and we were out $500.

She was amazing with my dog Oreo! And her daughter did so well with him too. She would text me throughout the day and send pictures, which really helped me too. I will definitely be booking with her again!
