Hello! I am a Norfolk resident who lives with a 9-year-old Irish Terrier/ Yellow Lab mix. She is well behaved and full of personality, but sometimes her Irish Terrier barking habits or yellow labisms kick in and I find myself taking care of problems that I didn't realize dogs could make. I get along really well with dogs and other household animals, and I would love to meet yours too! I am available to dog-sit during weekdays and weeknights within Norfolk. I look forward to giving your dog the attention that they need. Whether its a long walk around the neighborhood or just a buddy to hang out with in the living room for a few hours, I can make your dogs' day all the better. Oh yeah, this guy knows how to take care of a dog. He saved my punchy, my two year old rascal from drowning in the lake behind my house.
I go out of town for my job pretty frequently (at least twice a month) and Nick has been very consistent and helpful taking care of my dog. Even at a moment's notice, he's very flexible and eager to make sure my Scotty is fed and walked just as when I'm at home. I recommend Nick to anyone who needs a consistent and courteous caretaker for their best friend.
My seven dogs are not just pets, they are my best friends, my children and the loves of my life. When I was rushed away to Bora Bora on emergency buisness I knew I only had one place to turn. Nicholas. Nicholas gives the phrase "tender loving care" a WHOLE new meaning. When Grandpa, my 6 yer old Tibetan Mastiff's worm came back, Nick was able to identify every symptom without even consulting a vet (he did of course take my dog to the vet.) If you love your little fur babies as much as I do, you'd be nutso not to call Nicholas Saunders.
Nick was a great dog sitter for my Shih Tzu! My dog-Hiccup- is extremely nervous and gets anxious is new environments. Nick was one of the few people who understood how to keep her calm and relaxed. Nick was always on time and offered to stay late whenever was necessary. He took Hiccup on walks, played with her, and even knew a little about dog grooming. Hiccup and Nick really bonded and I could tell Nick had a calming affect on her. Nick is very responsible and I would definitely recommend him as a dog sitter.
