Always Reliable Never Ruff!
Pet care experience
I've been fortunate enough to have dogs in my life since I was a kid. Over the past 7 years in particular, I've learned how to care for a wide variety of canines: shy, bold, sweet, temperamental, clever, energetic, healthy, in need of special care - you name it! I appreciate how every dog is a little different, and am ready to tailor your dogs' walks to their individual needs. Puppies, elders, and all ages in between - I'll make sure they're safe, well-exercised, and happy while in my care. Comfortable walking up to 3 dogs at a time, with your ideals in mind. I can't wait to meet your dogs and take them out on the town! When walking dogs I am caring yet firm. I walk at a comfortable pace while making sure any pups that I am walking are happy, healthy and cleaned up after.
Reviews
Received lots of pictures while we were away. Appreciate Nicholas ‘ time with Molly.
Thanks again, Nick for always being there for Ava & Sophie.
Thank you for taking care of Zoey and Poppy! We haven’t used a dog sitter or service before and Nick really took the stress out of the process and made us at ease and the dogs seemed to have a good time! Look forward to working with him more in the future!
My dog loved her stay at Nicholas.’ She made some new friends and enjoyed playing. She was very well cared for.

I have a large yard in the woods away from major roads. I take dogs in and out on leashes a fence is in the works but it will be some time. I have 3 dogs who play well with others. I can gate off different sections of the house if dogs need to be separated or if they need a break. Dogs kept here will be in a home with other dogs, resting on the couch, playing and so on, not kept in kennels. I am bonded and insured through Pet Sitter's Associates to provide extra assurance and safety above and beyond the Rover Guarantee.

Temperament is key. Any dog that I board or spends time with my dogs will need to get along with my dogs. I have the space to separate them if they do not get along well, however I would prefer not to. As far as walking goes, as long as the dog likes me and I know of any leash reaction issues, I could just leave mine at home while walking.
A typical day
Daily routine usually starts with a walk. I live on a nicely shaded side street that has a nice loop of just under half a mile. Next is breakfast. After breakfast tends to be a rest period where the pups spend some couch time. The pups usually start playing again after an hour or 2 they go in and out as needed. In the afternoon there is play time. Sometimes we go to the dog park which is 8 minutes away from my house. We usually do an afternoon dog walk. Dinner and then go from there.

I am a stay at home father. Most of my daily tasks can be adjusted to fit the needs of my clients and I can be quite flexible. My fiance works from home so there is always someone in the house when dogs are being boarded or day care.
