Pet care experience
We have 3 pets in our house now, two dogs and a cat. I grew up around animals and always had 3 dogs around to hang with. My wife, Tessa, grew up with 2 cats and pet and house sat growing up. Together, we both have many years of experience taking care of, pet-sitting with, and fostering dogs!

We have a fenced in yard for our dogs to run around in. Our dogs are crate-trained, but are old enough that we leave them out in the house when we’re not home. We love to take our dogs everywhere with us. They particularly love getting pets (and food scraps) when we go out to eat, or treats when we go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.

We would love to know about a typical day for your dog and any quirks/behaviors you think might be important for us to know. We would also like to know how your dog interacts socially with people and other animals, since we enjoy getting out in the community. This way, we know how to best support and incorporate your dog into our daily routine and activities.
A typical day
We love taking the dogs out into the town to explore new sights and sounds. We believe that mental and physical exercise is great for all dogs. We love to go to a local dog park with our dogs and other, public parks to play fetch and investigate new smells. We love taking the pups on the Monon Trail and to River Road park!

Availability
Currently, our dogs receive two long walks per day of about 30 minutes. We have pretty flexible work schedules and can be home to let our dogs out every 3-4 hours or so. Our dogs LOVE when we play fetch with them in our backyard on nice days (with a pup-cup thrown in later, of course).
