I work from home typically twice a week on either Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, and am also open to daycare on Saturdays, and maybe Sundays if I'm available. On my work from home days I keep the door to the backyard open all day so Brody can come in and out whenever he feels like it. I usually take Brody on a short walk in the morning before work starts, and again during the day. Then after work we go on longer walks and dog park visits. I would fit another dog(s) into this same routine as Brody is no stranger to pack-walks.

Brody is my life and love, and I would treat anyone else's dog just the same. I am a dog whisperer and tend to be loved by all dogs. My home is all tile throughout with some rugs here and there. My yard is fully fenced and free of any harmful plants. Currently my yard does not have a ton of grass but we are working to grow what we can. The yard has multiple shady spots and a few trees, plus we have some bushes to sniff and pee on. My home is entirely dog friendly. I take walks into and around surrounding neighborhoods and my local high school fields.

Information Nicholas E. would like to know about your pet
While I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments, please let me know if your dog requires any special care, medications, or has allergies. It’s also helpful to know about any anxiety triggers or walking etiquette challenges so we can make their stay as smooth, safe, and fun as possible.
A typical day
A typical day for us starts with a ¼–½ mile walk around the neighborhood in the morning. Afterward, we come back and relax at the house while I get settled into work. Pets are welcome on all the furniture, and our tile floors stay nice and cool, though we also have rugs and dog beds for extra comfort. A magnetic screen door to the backyard helps keep bugs out while giving Brody and our Rover guests easy in-and-out access to the fully fenced yard. The yard is filled with toys (which can be tucked away if needed), along with a few trees and shrubs that are perfect for sniffing—and peeing ;)—on. At lunchtime, we’ll usually head out for another stroll around the block. There’s also a small park behind our house, which is great for extended lunch breaks and hanging out if my schedule allows. After our lunchtime outing, we’ll return home while I finish up work. Depending on pickup time, once my day wraps up, we’ll head out again for either a longer walk (1–2 miles) or a trip to the dog park—if your pup is comfortable with that environment.

Pet care experience
I'm a lifelong dog lover with an 8 year old male German Shepherd - Siberian Husky mix. His name is Brody and I've spent nearly every minute with him since I picked him up at 8 weeks old. I recently moved to a house with a fully fenced yard and want to open my home to medium-to-large doggie daycare because I know first hand how hard that is to find. Brody grew up going to Rovers for daycare, and now I'm in the position to return the favor! Also, Brody is a social family dog that loves commotion and having a "pack." He's a very chill dog but I feel it can be lonely for him on my work from home days, so I want to see if we can solve two problems at once; give Brody some company, and help someone feel good about leaving their dog while they are away.
