I will die for any dog
Pet care experience
I've owned both dogs and cats (at the same time) for my entire life, and I was raised to have empathy/compassion/patience for all animals. To me, pets are part of the family and deserve as much respect and care as a human child. I really can't imagine a life without them, they've always provided me with the security of judgment-free love and a purpose for providing physical safety and care in return. I can't also speak enough praise for animals as essential tools and pillars of support for those suffering from a debilitating mental illness; they are invaluable to the mental health of their owners (as someone with an ESA, I can vouch for this.) So in short, your dog is also my unofficial charge just by being a dog.

Nica is a caring, gentle individual most chiefly concerned with making sure an animal is healthy, cared for, and above all, happy. She’s an excellent caretaker and works hard to make sure that all parties are comfortable and pleased.

I do not have any breed preferences, but I would like to know any important information about the dog's temperament, personality quirks, past behaviors, etc. For example, I need to know if the dog is an anxious dog (if they are, around who? people? other dogs? other animals?) or an aggressive dog (territorial with other dogs for example) as well as their physical barriers (do they have an injury I should avoid? A sensitive area?) All of these things will better help me care for your dog that not only satisfies your needs, but also respects the dogs boundaries and accommodates their invidividual personalities.
A typical day
If the owner has a preplanned route they would prefer for me to take their fuzzy friend on, I will abide by that request. Otherwise, walks around the neighborhood are always a must, and if the owner lives near or around nature (trails, paths, etc) we will DEFINITELY be on those.
