Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Niamh (pronounced Neve, rhymes with Steve). I am a “pawsitively” perfect choice for a pet sitter for many reasons! I am very responsible and have many years of experience caring for animals, infants, and children! I have always been surrounded by and have loved animals my entire life. My experience with animals ranges from caring for kittens and puppies all the way up to horses! I absolutely LOVE dogs and I am very active so I’d love to run or walk daily with your doggo! Trusting me to care for your furbaby will be a choice you’ll never regret! I rescued a pup of my own in April 2020. His name is Bear and he is a very loving and energetic 17-month-old Australian Shepherd Border Collie mix. He is great around other dogs and loves to play and run with his pals! However, I know that some doggos are not always keen on bring around other dogs so it's important for me to have that discussion beforehand. I live in a gigantic two-level apartment so providing some separation would be easily done if needed should you choose to board your doggie at my residence.

Niamh was wonderful with my dog Rex (greyhound) and took great care of him in daycare. She communicated often, and overall, it appears that Rex had a great time. He definitely passed out from the day with Niamh and Bear. I would definitely recommend them!
Niamh watched our dog Bella this past week. She took great care of her and sent me updates. She spent a lot of time walking and giving her extra belly rubs. My husband said when he went to pick her up she didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend Niamh :)
Man, did we luck out when we met Niamh! First of all, she is the sweetest human and right off the bat our beloved sondog, Louie, was sniffing around her huge apartment forgetting about us completely! haha We are from Texas and our wedding was in St. Louis, MO. The weekend of our wedding we were wanting little Louie to be in some of the pictures. We asked if she could possibly help us with this on top of boarding our dog for a few days. To our surprise, she said yes! It worked out so nicely because we were having some pictures taken super close to where she lives. She walked Louie over (after putting on his little tux) and helped us obtain the dream of having Louie in the pictures with us. She seriously went above and beyond-- the entire time! She texted me a picture of Louie on the wedding day morning saying "Happy Wedding Day! This handsome boy and I will see you later!" She went on walks and runs with Louie. She is the type of person that you would want to watch over your pet, because lets be honest, pets are family. Niamh is a great communicator, helpful, and it is evident she loves dogs!

I live in a two story apartment accessed by stairs. I have three other roommates, all of whom also love dogs so your doggo will never be in need of attention. We have a fenced yard and live across the street from Tower Grove Park so you can be certain that your pet will get lots of exercise if they are up to it!

Information Niamh R. would like to know about your pet
It is important for me to know your dog’s social behavior with other dogs, people, and children to ensure everyone’s safety. I would also like to know if your dog tries to escape from the yard or gets into the trash frequently. I have neighbors so I would need to know in advance if your dog tends to be more “talkative”. Also, my landlord doesn’t like pit bulls so unfortunately I am unable to board this breed of dog. My goal is to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience both for you and your dog so any additional information is welcomed!
A typical day
Multiple walks and/or runs each day in addition to play time, belly rubs, and cuddles! My dog Bear loves to play with new friends so you can be assured that your pup will never be bored!

I am currently enrolled in grad school but all my classes are online so I generally have a very flexible schedule! My boy Bear is also always ready to play so let me know whether or not your doggo would enjoy some play time!
