Nia was very nice, very kind. She followed all instructions with my fur baby. This was my first experience with Rover and first time hiring a dog sitter or even needing a sitter. And I must say that Nia made my 1st time a very good experience. I’m happy with my sitter. And happy that I went on ahead and trusted the process of going forward to do so. I will most definitely be hiring her again. She was Phenomenal. And my puppy loved her too. Thank you so much Nia. You were a life saver. I am happy that I didn’t have to leave my puppy home for those 3 days for hours alone. I wasn’t stressed at work worrying about my puppy having any accidents in his crate because he was with you. She kept me updated on how my puppy was doing whenever I asked she’d promptly respond back to me. Nia also keeps her home very clean and smelling good. That to me was a PLUS! Again awesome services. Mia was great! Sent daily updates, pictures, & videos of our dog during his week long stay with her! Great communication and friendly! My dog loved her, will definitely rebook with Nia when we’re in need again!
