I was raised on a personal family farm in North Carolina, and have worked with many animals, including dogs, cats, horses, pigs, goats, ducks, and chickens. I currently work at the SPCA OF WAKE COUNTY, as an animal care and behavior associate, so you can feel confident knowing that I have the skills and abilities to handle all types of pets with all types of personalities. I've had pets all my life and fostered and re-homed many animals that were rescued from kill-shelters. I tend to be a fairly shy person but love being able to give affection and attention to animals of all types. I find it very rewarding work. I do have experience with a variety of animals, including cats, rabbits, snakes, various birds, and ferrets as well, so if you have multiple types of pets, please don't be afraid to inquire about them either!
