Pet care experience
I am a dedicated, organized, patient, and flexible pet sitter. I’ve been taking care of my own and other’s pets for over 10 years, starting when I was a teenager. I have also been a teacher, event planner, resident advisor, babysitter, camp counselor - I know how to stay calm in any situation! I've lived with dogs my entire life and have always participated in daily dog-walking responsibilities. I've pet-sat for dogs and cats (& rabbits, frogs, turtles....) doing overnights and daily walks, dealing with the pickiest eaters and the highest-energy pups. I have also been responsible for administering daily medication for older animals, including daily shots for an elderly cat. I follow instructions very carefully and am able to think on my feet and problem solve easily.

Let me know if there are certain rules or discipline pieces that are important for your dog, such as making sure they don't excitedly jump up on me or guests upon entrance or having them go to their "place" when a stimulus occurs. I definitely would hate to disrupt any on-going training or instill bad habits.
A typical day
I love to meander on walks, so your dog and I could really have a sensory adventure with new sights and smells. I especially enjoy seeking out any form of "nature" I can in Philly, so walking along tree-lined streets or heading to a park are my go-tos.

Availability
My daytime schedule can vary week to week as I sometimes need to work in-person, but I am usually done by 5pm each day. When pet sitting, I try to spend as much time at home as possible.
