Hey there, I know how hard it can be to trust you’re loved ones with a complete stranger because I have a black lab named Forrest that I care for like a son, but I can assure you that animals are my passion and they'd be in safe hands. I just moved to San Diego from NYC and I'm living in a great apt with a fenced in front yard and backyard, so if I had to separate my dog with yours, it could easily be done. I’ve worked abroad as a wildlife conservationist in third world countries working with wild animals, such as, monkeys, big cats, sloths, and many stray dogs, (so it’s safe to say I’m not fearful of animals), I’ve also volunteered at the aspca. I can cater to any needs your loved fidos may have and I look forward to showering your dogs/cats with tons of love! Hope you have a lovely day!

Nellie was awesome with my two boys! One is a special needs (diabetic) kitty so it was highly important to find someone who was capable of administering insulin shots. My other guy, my Pug, is also a special guy as he’s older and needs to me walked. Nellie was readily available, sent me videos and pictures and left me with a sense of comfort being away knowing they were in good hands. This was my first time using this service and I hopefully will get Nellie the next time I have to. Thanks again!
I highly recommend Nellie as a dog sitter! For as long as I have known her (around 5 years), Nellie has expressed a passion to help animals. Aside from that, I have seen how she is around her own dog. Nellie always makes sure her dog’s needs are met. It does not matter the time or circumstance, it is granted that she is making sure her dog is okay and being taken care of. Also, Nellie showers her companion animal with lots of love and you can not only see, but also feel the happiness and love they both provide each other. If you want the same care, respect, and affection to be shown to your dog and you would like peace of mind, then Nellie is the person you should trust and pick!

I’d like to know whether your dog is trained, if he or she can be aggressive towards other dogs, cats, children, or has any illnesses that can be contagious to other dogs, because I have to worry about my little guy, as well. I’d also like to know whether he/she has allergies or food items to stay away from. Would love to know things that make them nervous on walks or things they may be scared of. Let me know what makes your loved one happy.. whether it be a yummy treat, a good run, or belly rub! Just let me know and I’ll be sure to shower your pup with love :)
A typical day
I live right by a dog park and the Fanuel street park which are two lovely places to walk your dogs. If your dogs love to let out energy I enjoy running and would love to run with them! I could also play fetch with dogs and teach them new tricks and give them good belly rubs!
