Pet care experience
I truly enjoy taking care of dogs of my own and for others. Dogs are family members to me and I spoil them rotten. I’m experienced in handling dogs of all sizes. I am pro adoption and fostering animals in need. My wife and I currently have a German shepherd and a English Bulldog who are complete opposites of one another, but provide us with nonstop love and affection and vice versa. You can be assured your dog will be safe and cared for while you’re away.

Fantastic, experienced dog handler/caretaker. Neilz has the process down - from the slow and calm introductions between dogs, to easing our anxieties about boarding our dog when we’re out of town. Communication was great and consistent and the facility is clean, nice and well equipped. Will board with Neilz again.
Dexter, our German Shepherd, came back after one week's stay with Neilz happy and spirited. He had spent time playing and hanging out with a nice group of other dogs. Nielz kept us daily updated with photos and videos. Neilz has an amazing connection with the dogs and puts great effort into keeping them happy and engaged during the day. We can highly recommend Neilz.
We left Kylo for > 2 weeks this summer. He kept us plugged in with constant updates so that we never felt lost about Kylo. Kylo is always happy to go to the boarding. He is so excited every time we show up at his place. I am so glad we have Neilz as a home away from home for Kylo
Neil truly goes above and beyond taking care of your dog. From the meet and greet where he took a very generous hour to show us around the house, talked about how he takes care of the dogs he takes in, and took the right time to properly get to know our dog and his needs, to the amazing care he took of our dog. He was giving us daily updates and took the time to adapt to our dog's needs. Our dog is very anxious and reactive, and Neilz immediately catered for his needs and made arrangements to help him relax. Our dog didn't do well with other carers but with Neilz it went better than expected. We are extremely grateful and fully recommend Neilz to anyone needing a helping hand.

I have a fenced yard and the property is divided by secured gates to house dogs separately (two zones) as needed. I also have crates to accommodate small to large dogs located indoors - detached garage with AC/Heat.

A typical day
I love providing 1:1 attention with dogs. Playing from sun up to sundown, relaxing in between playtime and after meals, exercise time with walks around the neighborhood and local parks. Additionally, I enjoy training dogs to walk on leash properly, “no pulling”

I had the opportunity to retire early and I now enjoy my leisure time at home spending time with my own dogs. I’m typically available 24/7.
