Nealie was a wonderful sitter for our elderly dog, Pepper. She was thorough in asking questions about the care protocol during the initial booking, which I greatly appreciated. She also kept in touch when she arrived and sent pictures throughout the stay, which always eases an owner’s mind. Pepper definitely made a new friend and we’d love to use Nealie again in the future.

We ended up using Nealie on both Friday and Saturday nights. Our fur kids are so important to us and it's very important they are happy. Nealie gave me texts and/or photos on a regular basis through the night. both nights we ran later than expected and she let us know when she had to leave while the other night she waited until our return. This is the first time I"ve used Rover and I would highly recommend both their services and that of Nealie if you are in Nashville! she's a real gem! two paws up!
