I booked Nayelie for 2 days of service. The first day went well and my dog seemed happy when I picked her up. She did smell of smoke though so I believe she was in a smoker's household for the day. The second day I arrived at 7:35am which is within the 7:30-8:00am drop off window but Nayelie's phone was on silent. I had an appointment at 8am that I couldn't be late to so after about 10 minutes I left and told her to cancel for the day. She responded a few minutes later apologizing and saying that she would cancel the day. For some reason she never did so I had to reach out to customer service to get a refund. If you aren't on a tight schedule I would say you're in the clear but if you need someone who is ready for the whole drop off window then I might hesitate for her. Seems like a nice girl though and took good care of my dog for the day she had her.
