I grew up with cats but always wanted a dog. I started dog sitting in eighth grade and did it for all my neighbors until I left for college! After my four year hiatus, I have moved to Michigan and would love to start taking care of your pets and home and plants. Especially on weekdays! I've learned in my interactions with animals, that each one has its own distinct personality and it's own needs to go along with it. Some need the high energy jog run, while others would much rather spend quality time cuddling on the couch! I will suit my care to whatever needs your dog requires! Back in high school I used to sit for an Alaskan husky that was completely blind. It was insanely smart, but even with that our walks would take 40 plus minutes because the slow going! It is also the dog I learned to administer oral medication on. I am used to a high maintenance pet! I am currently saving up money to travel to my favorite national parks so that I can camp in beautiful areas and write poetry about the sites that I see! I've toured around Boston performing Shakespeare with the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company and I wrote for New York Stage and Film as a Playwright apprentice last year!
