Nathan was very responsive and sent updates, when requested. He is very polite and understanding towards request for care. Unfortunately, Nathan accidentally fell asleep around midnight on the Saturday of the stay while my dog was outside. Because she was unattended for about 6 hours in the backyard and in distress, she figured out a way to knock open the gate to my yard and got out. My neighbor woke up a little after 6:00 AM to my dog "crying" on her front porch. Nathan also accidentally left my backdoor unlocked when he left my house. Although accidents happen, I believe it is important to document my experience.

Nathan watched my dog Reggie at my house while I was away for the holidays and was wonderful to work with! He was in constant communication and sent me lots of pictures as requested. Reggie was a little timid at first but quickly warmed up to both Nathan and his pup Tempest. When I returned home the house was in great shape and very clean! I would definitely recommend Nathan and will use him again in the future!
