My family and I are Christian missionaries who are staying in The Woodlands for a while before heading back to Africa. I have owned dogs and cats for most of my life, and it is a joy for me to spend time with them. We currently have live with a mixed-breed rescued dog named Chester, whom our children absolutely adore. He is sweet and gentle, and he never causes much of a fuss. I love taking dogs for walks or runs. (Our dog actually likes to run at a faster pace than I can keep up with, so I usually bike with him. I'm absolutely willing to do the same with your dog, so long as they are pretty good on-leash.) Of course I also love just sitting quietly with dogs who just want someone to give them a bit of love. While we don't currently own a cat, they have been a part of my life for as long as dogs have been. I very much enjoy spending time with them as well. I'm an engineer by trade, so I can handle pets that require special needs like medication administration or special routines.
