I have cared for many different dog breeds over the years. Personally, I have raised a border collie, Siberian husky, and Yorkies, so I know how much love and attention dogs need/desire. Clients who choose me will be ensured that their companions will be treated right. I understand that all dogs are different and some dogs may require special attention, I will always do my best to ensure all of their needs are met.

Nathan was a doll. He totally helped us out of a jam. We had a sitter arranged in Bakersfield (out of town for us) so we could attend a wedding. We were on the last leg of a cross country trip with our dog. Unfortunately our prearranged sitter's dog became sick (with parvo) and so we we only had one day to make other arrangements. Nathan and his 3 year old daughter were the best. His Siberian Husky Musafa was very generous and shared his toys and Nathan said they spent the day playing in the back yard. I would highly recommend Nathan as sitter!

Before sitting a dog, I would like to know if the get along with other dogs or children and if treats are okay to be given to them. Other than that, I have no breed preferences.
A typical day
When a dog stays with me, we will go on walks to nearby parks where they can stretch their legs and play. At home I also have various toys the dog can play with to help them better enjoy their stay. In addition they will have my two Yorkies, Barry & Precious, to accompany them. Barry is younger and a very playful, loving dog. Precious is an older pup that mostly likes to keep to herself, she mostly likes to sleep and sun bathe.

I am currently working full time, but I am hybrid so I am home most of the time, as is my wife. We are mostly available Friday through Sunday, but are flexible. We are also available during holidays.
