Your Dog’s Coastie Vacation!

Pet care experience

I have watched many dogs on Roger and enjoy having more than just my dog in the household. My EMT skills come in handy for minor vet issues, such as poisonings and musculoskeletal injuries (and of course I verify treatment with my personal vet, conveniently located 5 minutes away). I grew up carrying for two dogs and several cats. On top of my personal home, I live 3 minutes away from (arguably) Mobile’s best dog park at Medal of Honor park. I take my dog there on a nearly daily basis to let off some steam with other social dog interactions. My dog loves having extra friends around! She enjoys having constant social interaction and another dog to explore and play with (especially rough play). I work weekdays (8-3) as a rescue swimmer in the Coast Guard. I have a two hour lunch, which I can use to come home if your fur baby needs a potty break. I am very flexible with my schedule to accommodate whatever your needs might be! That being said, my schedule can sometimes be last minute as a rescue swimmer... sometimes flights need to be covered and I might be placed on it the day before. I have a 1.5 acre property located in one of Mobile’s woodsie neighborhoods. My large fenced in backyard provides adequate space for whatever your dog enjoys doing outside!

Nathan did a great job with Nova. He kept me constantly updated, more than I thought I would get and I greatly appreciated it. He let me know daily updates and if anything had happened that I should be alerted to. Highly recommend him for a dog that needs a home away from home.

Nathan was great with Pippen! He exercised him a lot. So much so that we had a very sleepy dog for our 6 hour drive to Jacksonville. He sent us lots of photos and was very communicative

Nathan kept our puppy Ellie for a weekend for us to go visit my Mom and Ellie had so much fun I am not completely sure she wanted to come home with us. He sent pictures, videos and updates which was amazing since this was the first time we had left her with anyone. We will always use Nathan if he is available anytime we go out of town and can't take Ellie with us. His back yard is amazing and Ellie loved playing with his dog, Charlie. My husband and I highly recommend using Nathan if you are looking for a pet sitter!!

Nathan is extremely professional, knowledgeable and flexible! He took care of my two German Shepherds for 3 nights and they came home happy and exhausted from playing. He is very kind and trustworthy and will treat your pups as his own! I highly recommend.
