Although I am currently a stay-at-home/work-from-home mom, I still actively engage with animals by watching over exotics such as Bunnies, Birds, Guinea Pigs, mini pigs, and Reptiles in my own home. Whether it's playing with them, taking them on walks, or even providing baths (with an extra charge, unless they get muddy/dirty, in which case I'll bathe them at no additional cost), I ensure their needs are met. I understand the importance of maintaining your pet's routine and making them feel at home. If you prefer to kennel your dog at night or when you're away, I have various kennel sizes available, eliminating the need for you to bring yours. On the other hand, if you don't kennel your dog, I won't either. By mirroring your established routine, I aim to reduce stress and create a familiar environment for your pet. Feel free to bring any items that will make your pet more comfortable, such as their bed, favorite toy, treats, pillows, or blankets. I have an ample supply of dog bowls, so you need not worry about bringing those. Rest assured, I treat every pet as if they were my own. To ensure a harmonious environment, male dogs must be neutered due to their tendency to mark territory. This measure helps maintain cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere for everyone. My love for dog sitting stems from a lifetime of growing up with dogs, including Dachshunds, Mutts, Bichon Frise, Jack Russell, and now a Catahoula Cur. Additionally, I have experience as a rescue/foster mom, finding joy in rehabilitating dogs and witnessing their transformation as they reveal their unique personalities, eventually finding them forever homes. When it comes to administering medications, I am highly proficient. Whether it's oral medications or subcutaneous injections, I have been successfully administering medications to pets since 2002.
