Very very poor experience. I asked if, in the case that I had to switch flights due to them overbooking (which did not even end up happening), I might be able to pick my dog up later in the day as I did not have anyone to pick him up for me, at which point he began getting confrontational, blowing up my phone, and repeatedly insulting me for hours while I stayed as calm and polite as I possibly could as I just wanted my dog home safe as soon as possible. I had to get the police involved once I became too uncomfortable to go to the house on my own. My dog was left tangled and tied up outside for who knows how long and was very stressed when I found him. This was really scary and stressful.
