Nate has always had a dog in his life. He began caring for the family dogs when he was 11, and has looked after family dogs while they have been on vacation. Dog's Best Friend

Over the last 20 years I have developed a special bond with our four-legged, furry companions and enjoy the company of dogs and cats more than most humans. My gentle and patient disposition is well received by just about any dog or cat. I have personal experience with the following breeds, but am open to caring for any breed: Labradors, English Setters, Brittany Setter, German Shorthair, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Pitbulls, Boxers, and various Mixed ...

What Nate would like to know about your dog

Any unique behavior(s) would be nice have a heads up on. Also, any specific care needs that require extra attention or preparation would be important to know ahead of time. Otherwise, the particular breed is less important to me.

When Nate watches your pet

Some of my favorite activities to do with dogs include: walking through your neighborhood, walking through a local park, playing fetch, going for a run, tug-o-war, chase, and many more. Some of my personal favorite places to walk or go for a run with a dog include: Little Mountain, dikes along the Skagit River (usually starting at Lions Park or at Edgewater Park), and Bakerview Park. I'm also open to location or activity suggestions when your companion(s) have a specific preference.
