Natazia was absolutely wonderful as always. Feel so much better traveling knowing she is looking after our huggy bear.

Honestly, my experience and my little Arlos experience was not very good. The agreement was the sitter would stay with him throughout the night for 4 nights. She stayed the first night but afterward started leaving late into the night and leaving him in the kennel alone. I do have footage on my Ring cameras and found that she was aggressively and forcefully pulling him back in the mornings which I was not ok with. She also at some points did not take him out at the agreed upon time around 5 but instead at 9:30 at night. Meaning he was alone in his kennel from 6:20 AM to 9:30 PM without using the bathroom or getting food or water. She did clean my house a bit which was nice but it means nothing considering my dog had a terrible experience while I was away in another state. This was my first time trusting someone with the care of my baby and I fully regret it. I can confidently say I will never use Rover again for any of my pets needs.
