I am a recent graduate, based next to the Meadows, with plenty of free time time to take your fluffy loved ones on adventures or just give them some very intensive belly scratches! I own a dog myself and know how much your pet is a part of the family and how important it is to know they're happy and safe. I will always provide plenty of photos and updates of your little one's well-being so you don't feel like you've missed out on a single moment and know they're happy and safe! I have lived in Edinburgh for a number of years and know all the best places for dogs to go and explore! Whilst I don't own a cat, I have cat sat many times in the past and would be very happy to care for your cat whilst you are away. I also have lots of experience with smaller animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, ferrets) having owned them in the past and feel very comfortable cleaning cages, handling smaller pets. Please feel free to get in touch and schedule a meet and greet to see whether you pet too gives it the all clear! This is what I am doing full time so have my whole day to dedicate your fluffy loved ones! My day routine generally consists of: -Run in the courtyard -breakfast -head off to the Pentlands - back for lunch -walks,meet and greets, play, in the afternoon. -naps -evening quick walk -dinner - relax - finally toilet breaks in courtyard -bed! This is of course dependant on the type of dog with me: their character, exercise needs etc I have a sealed courtyard to allow dogs that can't be off leash the have an area to roam and run! As well as the meadows or greyfriars kirkyard (for a less dog busy space) right by my flat for walks

Natasha has looked after Bella multiple times now. Bella is always very happy to see Natasha and seems incredibly content when I collect her. Natasha has a wonderful way with dogs - patiently waits for them to warm to her. I have no hesitation in recommending Natasha.
Overall not the best experience I have had at rover. The reason that it's still 3* worthy as it's just average but Natasha did not go above and beyond to deserve a 5*. We arranged a meet and greet before the actual date, but Natasha was half an hour late to this leaving us standing in the rain in Hollyrood park, which wasn't ideal. Communication wasnt great & we didn't hear anything from Natasha until day two & we had to chase for this. This was a little alarming as every other dog boarder we've used as been quite regular with pictures & updates. She picked Phoebe up on Friday at 8.30am but we never heard from her anymore at all on Friday. It was not until Saturday morning where we had to ask for an update only to receive photos and videos about the dog. Pickup and drop off was quoted at £5 each way which we agreed to. After Phoebe was dropped off she then text to say it was in fact £20 as there was traffic. We challenged this as it seems quite unreasonable to double the cost without consulting us and now we have either been blocked or removed from her contact. If this was mentioned beforehand, we would have selected a different sitter as most do this for free. Overall, you can pick her to be your broader as your last resource but I would not prioritise Natasha if you're in a jam but there are many other sitters offering a much better service.
Natasha was excellent looking after Pippin. So much so, I’m not sure she wanted to come home. She had multiple long daily walks and lots of play and attention. She had various playmates and different surroundings to explore. She was run through all her commands and training while we were away and kept consistent with how we look after her. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Really happy but Pippin misses Natasha and Shay.
Couldn’t have left Meeko with anyone better! Regular updates and pictures made me so relaxed having Meeko elsewhere.
