Can I pet your dog? Please?

Pet care experience

I am a lifelong companion to numerous animals (even a hedgehog at one point). My life goal is to get lots of land so I can have ALL THE DOGS. (And the money to care for them, of course.) I put a lot of research and care into taking care of pets, even problem ones, and I'll also bring your Amazon packages in so they doesn't get stolen. I have experience medding and providing minor medical care, performing inoculations, and I know how to get accidents out of rugs. I personally have one dog (a pibble named Ziva, who has so much love to give it isn't funny) and three cats (Empress Emily Kaldwin, First of Her Name, the Calico/Siamese terrorist Kono, and the orange tabby Socrates, Kono's half-brother). I probably care more about them than I do myself, and I'd love to lavish that care on your dogs too (dogs are the best. We don't actually deserve dogs, but they're here with us anyway). If you have an ADA service dog that needs care, I am somewhat trained and we can work out a system. Please contact me individually to discuss that. If you want me to house-sit, please pm me to negotiate details. Tips are not expected but are appreciated! I can even take cards if you want. :)

Natasha met and exceeded our expectations! She was amazing with our 4 little Peke's! Our girls had some tummy issues when we were due to leave and were quite messy if you know what I mean. Natasha didn't let it phase her. She cleaned and cared for them just like they were her own. And, became back to them all feeling much better! We received daily updates and pictures too. She is extremely good with the pups and I would recommend her to anyone who wants their babies cared for while they are away. Thanks Natasha!

Tasha is an excellent pet parent and takes great care of her pets, as well as other's pets. She pet sits all the time for her friends and is in constant demand. I also have her take care of my pets!

My pets are my family, so there are very few people in the world I would trust with my pets in a pinch. Tasha is one of those few people that I know I can count on when it comes to my dogs. When I went out of town for a week long work conference last year and needed someone not only to check in on my dogs and make sure they had food and water but also to play with them and make sure they weren't lonely, I called on Tasha because I know she is responsible, competent, and experienced with pets--and even better, I know she loves dogs. I don't want my dogs just to be watched...I want them to be loved while I'm gone! Plus, my two dogs have special care instructions--you CANNOT let them outside together, or they'll run away and be gone for days on a lovers' holiday! (And they'll come back covered in leaves and clay and who knows what else.) Because of this, I had to be very careful who I picked to watch my pups. Having seen Tasha act kind and competent with her own dogs and with my dogs over the last few years, I didn't have any worries at all about leaving my pit bull and pit bull/bird-dog mix with Tasha. Sure enough, I had no issues with the dogs getting out, chewing things up out of boredom, or otherwise needing attention. I came back to a mess-free house and two happy, healthy, and excited doggies. If you need someone to watch your dogs and you want peace of mind, Tasha is my first choice for dogsitting.

Natasha is an avid animal lover who has proven to be a loyal, hardworking and committed caregiver. I trust them with my animal sitting and walking needs any time because they are sure to look after my animals and treat them with the love they need. Natasha is surely the best person to choose when looking for a dedicated dog walker/sitter.

My cats aren't food-motivated so we have an auto food and water system, but I have a lot of previous experience with animals who need to have their food intake monitored, so that's not an issue. My general MO is to get on their level, physically, and avoid direct eye contact. I do offer snuggles and pettings and stitches depending on the comfort level of the pets involved. I also have experience medding and vaccinating, although I may charge extra for that depending on the frequency and difficulty. I have a ton of experience cleaning messes up from either sickness or just general buttheadery. Leave me some cleaning supplies and we'll be good to go. And obviously, if you leave me a scooper, I can clean up poop from outside or a litter box. I also have tons of experience dealing with exotic pets (snakes, birds, rodents, other reptiles, fish) and am completely unfazed by getting bit or nipped by anything but the largest of parrots. Lastly, I have literally held my elderly cat as he died. I have experience with end-of-life care for elderly pets, and working with disabled pets.

Information Natasha G. would like to know about your pet

I need to know whether they have allergies, are allowed treats, are food-aggressive, and whether they have problems with other animals or certain kinds of people. I also like to know what they enjoy! Do they have a favorite toy or walk-spot? Is their leg-thump spot on their butt? Are they allowed to give kisses? Hugs? Do you allow them off-leash, and are they trained in that? Is there a humping issue? A disability? A sickness? I'm cool with it all, I just need to know.

A typical day

I like taking dogs to dog parks if possible, if your dog likes car rides. If not, I will usually do around the block. I'm trying to find dog seat belts that will fit my car's belt receivers. I also enjoy pettings, cuddles, and treats, so you need to let me know if there's a hard limit on treats, or a general limit. One of my favorite places to take doggos is the park at the end of 5th street. If your dogs are trained in off-leash travel, let me know, because I love taking doggos there so they can wander off-leash and explore things.
