I have many years experience with cats and dogs of all sizes and backgrounds. All my furbabies are rescues, two of which have high anxiety issues. I have significant experience with pets that have special needs such as medications, mobility issues, and incontinence issues. The dogs and cats which have been rescued from abuse and neglect immediately have my heart. I have a natural ability to connect with these types of concerns. Furbabies in our house are family members. Our kitties have lots of areas to climb and be kitties. Our youngest lab is a graduate of behavioral classes, but still has quite a bit of ornery and energy. Our oldest lab was a rehoming situation and she has some fear of men, but we are working through her issues. Our cats and our dogs are allowed on furniture and allowed to sleep with us in our bed. They all love other animals and children. In fact, our neighbor kids come over frequently to play with the pets. I do require dogs and cats to be up to date on age appropriate. We are pet fosters for a local rescue, and I have to protect their health since many are infants and not able to be vaccinated.
