Nataly has been so nice and accommodating with my dog's needs. Sandra always feels comfortable with her. The first time I left Sandra with her I was so nervous but Nataly assured me she would be okay. She sent me updates on Sandra through text and even pictures. Nataly is a very reliable person and she is so great with dogs. I definitely recommend her as a pet sitter.

Not honest at all. I was reassured my dog was the only dog the sitter was watching because he gets anxious with other dogs sometimes. Come to find when I picked him up, I saw the partner walking another owner and dog to their car in the afternoon. When I picked up Bailey, I found him sectioned off in the pantry/garage area. They never told me they were watching another dog and I could tell they kept Bailey in that area. Newspaper for potty on the floor and a plastic lid on the ground filled with water. The garage and pantry were filled with items he could potentially eat and get sick with. He just got past a bad bout of pancreatitis. Shame on them for not being honest. I would have booked another sitter had I known.
