I have had dogs my whole life. I attended university for animal science, worked as a veterinary assistant, and currently have a small family farm I have operated for the last 9 years. Animals are my passion, and I am available for general check ins, including non-canine friends (cats, horses, goats, pigs, etc.). The reason I've decided to provide dog walking, boarding and check in services is because I have had a tough time finding good pet sitters in our area. I appreciate the background check feature of Rover and their added support. I am comfortable with all sizes and temperaments of dogs. Basic obedience training and leash manners required, add on training services are available in case they need a refresher. For boarding, I have a fenced yard and access to hiking trails and a creek for boarders to get good exercise. Walks can be walk/jog if the dog has higher energy needs. Check ins involve enrichment play and potty break.
