Wonderful again! Thank you so much!

We got back from our trip today to retrieve our dog one day early. To say we are angry is a complete understatement. We left instructions through Rover and also when we dropped off our dog that he was not to receive any food other then what we gave her because he is so allergic. When he gets food he is allergic to he licks his paws until the skin is dark colored and tender. All four of his paws look like he has licked them non stop for our whole trip. I have included pictures of these. When we got him he had a large yellow mark on his fur and when we asked what happened we were told she accidently got him with self-tanner and it will not come off his fur. He has a large area covered on his shoulder and chest. He also has a hand print on his side where you can clearly see finger out line with a palm print from the stain as well. I can not see how this could happen under any circumstance. I read through your policies and it seems to be that Rover does not consider bug bites to be an issue I can bring up but he also has bug bites covering his body. We provided a kennel, blankets, bowls and all necessary items. All items have a strong odor that we are trying desperately to remove. I have no idea what this lady did with our dog for the time she had him. Our kennel has mud / feces on the rails and the door. We are so emotionally exhausted since we got home 4 hours ago we do not even know what to say with this stay.
