My family has had a puppy/dog since the day I was born and animals have always had my heart. Currently, I am the caretaker of my friend and families pups when they are gone and comfortable with puppies up to elderly pups. In addition, I too have relied on rover for boarding when I am out of town and do dog walks when I’m required to have a day in the office so I understand the needs of a dog owner in this situation.

I have the ability to take a pup out every hour if needed. We have a fenced yard and pretty sizable being the end unit of a row of townhomes. Pups sleep on the floor, bed or crate in my home. I can care for pups up to 50lbs but would be open to larger depending on their obedience.

Any and all info you can share is great. Anything with medications, feeding needs, little nuances when other dogs are around or even nuances such as “my pup doesn’t like dancing”. Anything to make their stay most comfortable.
A typical day
We go on 3 walks a day. Depending on time of year, typically longer walks are done in the cooler evenings. My pup is huge in playing so we encourage a lot of play time if the pup staying enjoys the same. Belly rubs and treats are always apart of our days.

Availability
Currently I have a two year old blue heeler/black lab mix whose 35lbs and absolutely love other pups and would love to have a playmate at home from time to time. I work from home with a very flexible schedule and can take a pup out or on a walk fairly frequently.
