Natalie was fabulous with Cookie. She made sure cookie was ok in the hot weather and adjusted the walks and the times according.

First time Rover user and hesitant to leave my dogs under the care of an unfamiliar drop-in sitter since they are best, and used to, being under the care of family... *Important note: My one dog Thor is extremely skittish and only allows people close to him after he feels comfortable. Natalie was greeted at my front door with both of my dogs crazy barking. She didn't flinch but continued to speak to me while they barked away. An hour and a half later, both dogs allowed her to take them out for a brisk walk even tho Thor was a little tricky. He wouldn't allow Natalie to put the leash on his collar so she looped it around his neck and was able to take him out. Natalie dropped in on my dogs one evening and then twice a day for three days. She had no issues with the dogs on day one; was able to put Thor's leash on by day two; and managed to win Thor over by day three because he allowed her to pet him! Although I had my concerns with my dogs behaving for Natalie, Natalie was able to manage them both and she kept me updated with a daily pic and brief text. If you have big dogs and/or dogs with temperaments like mine have, I give Natalie a double thumbs up and, I definitely plan on having her look after my dogs again☺️
