Pets are merely an extension of us. They are a part of our families, so they deserve to be treated with love, compassion, and respect. I have grown up with pets all my life, ranging from dogs and cats to fish, hermit crabs, and turtles. Growing up with these pets, I have learned how much responsibility it takes and how much care our family members need. Because these animals, I have become mature, responsible, caring, and have learned how to give the proper attention these animals need.
