Love all animals, they deserve it.

Pet care experience

I usually work with shy, aggressive or fearful dogs or cats. It can take weeks, months or years to befriend them but when you do it's extremely rewarding, especially when an animal someone deems "dangerous" comes out to be the biggest sweetheart. I have tons of patience and I believe every species of animal deserves love and respect. As humans, it's our duty to be the voices and guardians of the animals in our care. They look to us for comfort, guidance, love and peace. That's why I do anything in my power to donate or volunteer at animal shelters because every animal should know that there's humans out there that actually care about their well being. Working with animals is a great career for me. Update; 8/2020 I’ve been volunteering and working with pets as a professional pet care provider for five years now. Through my journey I’ve learned pet CPR and gained dog training knowledge through Poochpals llc as well as worked as a dog handler at walterspetstyles. I’m currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer and furthering my knowledge on Pet care. At Poochpals we believe in being a friend for life so I’m definitely bringing our motto into the field and looking to become a furever friend for your pets. If you’re ever in need of an actual PROFESSIONAL pet care provider, look no further! I also have basic training knowledge so don’t be surprised if your pup or cat comes back knowing a few new tricks 😂

Natalie and the whole house is full of love for dogs. Oscar is so happy to be here that he leads the way to her front door. Easy to say Natalie is the only one we trust with our boy.

We were able to see our future home, in a snow storm, while Oscar stayed safely at Natalie's dog friendly home. Our boy loves it here, always excited to spend time in this happy space!

Natalie stepped up to help us out when nobody was available for our boy. We just got married, did not have a traditional honeymoon, but attended a rock concert in NYC thanks to Natalie watching over our Oscar. THANKYOU ❤️

Information Natalie M. would like to know about your pet

Do they like kisses and belly rubs? Because that's my specialty! I don't have breed preferences. I love all animals, even the grumpy ones! I will usually schedule a meet and greet before we begin service just to ensure you and your pet are comfortable to move forward. The most important things are; Are they vaccinated against Rabies and Lyme? Please do so as a precaution. We share our neighborhood with the local wildlife. Do they have allergies or take medications? If so, what’s their dosage and timeframes. Are they sensitive to heat or cold? Are they leash reactive and/or have a high prey drive?

A typical day

Depends on the fur babies. Some like to go on adventures (which I love) and older pups like more quiet and peaceful walks. I never walk dogs where it posses a threat ex: near highways, tons of foot traffic or busy streets. I tend to move towards more quiet areas or parks, even woods to hike in if possible. I put some classical music for them in the afternoon so they can relax after a long walk or morning play.
