I am a junior engineering student at UNCC. I live an 8 minute walk from the building where I take classes and I come home during every break I have specifically to take my dog for a walk and play. I The longest I am away from home during the day is 3.5 hours. My life revolves around my dog and I would be so happy to give your pet the attention he/she needs while you're away! I am currently a volunteer for Lake Norman Humane Society and have had experience with pets of all age, size and shape! There is a veterinary office located across the street from my apartment in the unfortunate case of an emergency. I do not have any limitations on where pets go in my apartment, but I do have a kennel if you feel better about them being caged while I am not home. My home has a lot of natural light and I open the blinds on the low to the ground windows so that dogs can see outside from multiple rooms (my pup loves to lay by the window and play watch dog). I consider my dog in everything I do and would not skip any measure to make yours feel welcome!
