Pet care experience
I have quite the soft spot for dogs, big and small alike. I have recently graduated from NSCAD's Design program and am working from home. My previous dog sitting experience includes boarding dogs at my home as well as staying at the owner's home for consecutive nights. I have taken care of full grown dogs, elderly dogs, and puppies. I always make sure they get plenty of exercise, as I myself prefer to walking to my destinations. Outdoor activities are right up my alley, and I would love to take your dog on some adventures. My detail-oriented and responsible tendencies as a pet sitter make me a good choice, and I promise I will take great care of your dog while you are away. Thanks for reading!

Natalie was such a gem and we are so happy that we found her to watch our 3 year old rescue Dallas. Not only was there a hurricane a few hours before she arrived to our house, but she also made us feel so comfortable leaving our dog with a new human for the first time. It’s obvious that Natalie has a lot of experience with many types of dogs and it certainly made us feel at ease leaving our anxious dog with her. We would definitely hire Natalie again and I cannot recommend her enough for anyone looking for an amazing dog sitter. Dallas now has a new bestie!

Natalie took great care of our baby Zeus (a rescue pup with some anxieties)! Her communication, picture and text updates were very reassuring. She clearly took great care of Zeus and we are already planning our next stay with her. I highly recommend Natalie.
Natalie looked after my 8-month old puppy for a week in August. Austin had a wonderful time, and I was able to leave town knowing he was in good hands. We met up with Natalie a few months before the trip, which made me feel comfortable about the boarding situation. Communication before and during the trip were great. I would definitely use Natalie again in the future.

A few things that are helpful for me to know: Any food allergies, your dog's behaviour around other dogs, if they can be taken off leash, if they can be left alone, how often they need to be taken out, and any current training that I can do my best to maintain.
A typical day
Rain or shine, your dog will get their exercise. Especially in recent years, I have welcomed any excuse to get some fresh air. I like to take hikes around Kearney Lake and Long Lake, and frequent the dog park on Cogswell St.

I am currently in a work from home situation, and have plenty of time to provide walks and attention for your pet throughout the day. I like the break probably just as much as they do!
