Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats at other homes since I was a kid: neighbors, teachers, family friends. I was raised by 2 cats, and my parents always encouraged us to pull our weight and help the community. People are often surprised their pets are so comfortable with me so quickly! I recently was hired to watch an anxious Jack Russel Terrier mix because the first time I met her she didn’t bark, sat in my lap, and wanted to lick me all evening, and I didn’t even have treats in my pocket!

Natalie was great with our Aussie and our bunny while we were on a summer trip. She was very good with communication throughout and took good care of our house (including house plants, who were all alive and happy upon our return!). We'll definitely use her again and would happily recommend her!

Natalie was so amazing when she watched our French bulldog! She had great communication the whole time and even pulled a splinter out of our pup! Natalie also left our house in excellent condition. We will definitely book Natalie again!
My pup and cats enjoyed another stay with Natalie which makes my time away so much more relaxing knowing they are taken care of.

I want to make them as comfortable as pawsible in their space: where do they like to spend their time, favorite toys, treats, activities, parks, and schedules. Tell me about your pets likes and dislikes! I watched 2 dogs, one loved playing fetch, but the other just wanted to hold her own ball and spin when I threw for the other dog. So cute haha!

Let me know about their behaviors, commands they know, favorite toys, treats, schedules, etc. I also want to know how they are on the leash and how they are around other dogs. Where are the cleaning supplies for the pet and the space.
A typical day
The pets are doing me the favor of being cute, the least I can do is give them a good visit! I like to check on them and make sure they have something to keep them occupied while I’m working. Taking frequent pets breaks so they know they are loved. While walking I let them explore while maintaining control of time and others space.

IM A NEW DOG PARENT, currently learning about my new pupper and scheduling. I’m open to new clients in Greater Sacramento and short visits. I’m working full time from my laptop currently. I enjoy breaking up my day with walks and cuddles. I often make dinner at home, but also like to explore the town or neighborhood I’m staying (let me know if you have a local favorite). A few nights a month I spend at a ceramics studio, rock climbing, hiking and camping, or seeing live music.
