Her dog Blu was very sweet and got along great with our dog. She has a nice dog door to go outside and a big fenced in yard. On the downside our dog managed to get out the front door and run around the block. I appreciate her honesty to tell us this and I know it was an accident. However, she didn’t send us any picture that day to show us our dog was ok. Then 2 days before pick up she asked if we can change the pickup time to morning when we originally agreed to evening pick up. We had to change our flight to come back early which really was disappointing. She did offer to let us pick her up the following day. But we just wanted to get our dog back. We have used rover before and had excellent service this stay was just average.

Natalie and her family took very good care of Milo. I was nervous about leaving him but Natalie was very welcoming. She sent pictures and videos daily of him playing with her dog. I will definitely be using her again. Thanks a lot!! :) You guys are a blessing!
