Natalie was awesome! I'm new to the South Florida area and had never left my fur baby with anybody but close friends and family, so I was very nervous at first. But Natalie met with me before the stay just so I knew he'd be in good hands. She made sure to keep me updated with lots of videos and photos--I never even had to ask. She went above and beyond to update me on his acclimation to her house, him eating and drinking, etc. and did everything to make sure that he was comfortable in her home. I was impressed. She took him on daily walks and gave him lots of love and attention. He clearly looked like he was on vacation and I don't think he wanted to leave! If you're in between a few people and trying to decide who to choose to watch your fur baby, choose Natalie. I could not have been more pleased with the care and love she and her husband gave to my Zy! Thank you so much!!!

Natalie and his husband were the best boarders ever. She was accommodating me at the last minute. She made me feel really comfortable and secure that I was leaving my baby Maxi in good hands. While gone over the holiday weekend she provided countless photos to let me see that Maxi was having a good time. I could've sworn I even saw Maxi very comfortable and playful lol. I was a little afraid that Maxi would want to stay there thinking she . I would definitely trust her with my Maxi again. Thanks Natalie. Cleo.
