This was my first time using Rover and leaving my fur baby in someone’s home. Natalie immediately made me feel at ease. She provided daily updates with pictures, and Prince appeared to be completely comfortable in her home. I also appreciate that she allowed him to socialize with other dogs. He doesn’t get a ton of socialization, so I’m happy he made a new friend. I will definitely be using Natalie’s services again.

In the past, I’ve always used boarding facilities with my previous dogs. But with most facilities, there’s no one present on site AFTER hours and in my opinion, not enough staff available to give the dogs proper attention. This time I thought I would give rover.com a chance. After viewing several sitters on the site, I found Ms. Natalie who has years of experience. When she met up with me at my home, she saw I was a bit nervous & gave me a great deal of comfort. She was more than happy to allow me to her home to see how her set up was for the dogs, which made me feel even more comfortable. While I was away on my trip she kept me informed on how the dogs were doing, sent me pictures of them and let me know they were fine. She had a better crate than what I provided and I appreciated her allowing the dogs to use it. She even washed their cushioned bedding when they messed it up. I am so so very pleased with the care she provided to them. In the future, I will absolutely book with her with enough time in advance to assure a spot.
