Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always had a dog in my home! I’ve been caring for my current dog for 15 years. She’s my best friend. I’ve also been hired by friends and family to dog sit, big and small dogs. I try to take my dog for a walk once every single day. She is old but is perfectly healthy because of how good she’s been cared for. Going for walks also helps me clear my own head! I am a graduate student and part-time swim coach so I am looking for another good way to make use of my free time. I stay on a pretty steady schedule when it comes to caring for pets. I will usually feed and walk them the same times everyday so they get used to a sort-of routine. The only time this will change is if I notice they drank more water than usual, they might need to go out sooner. Also if I decide to walk them around the block or take them somewhere. Those things might vary depending on the day.
