Natalia was the worst dog sitter/walker. She dog sit/walked my dog for 1 week and was supposed to overnight dog sat for 3 days at the end of the week.Her communication was terrible. She didn’t send photos most days even though we asked. My dog got an eye infection while Natalya was sitting. She had no eye problems before Natalia. Naralia never said anything about the eye infection. When we came back from our vacation, my dog was left upstairs with no water even though we had repeatedly told Naralia to provide water. She was severely malnourished and underweight. We took her to the vet and had a 500 dollar bill. My dog had to get IV fluids because she was so dehydrated from lack of water. She had lost 15% of her body weight.The vet said what Natalya did was equivalent to animal abuse. Also my dog had asthma and was choking a lot from trachea issues. Vet said that Natalya likely pulled too hard on the leash, causing my dogs trachea problems. Natalya should be banned from dog sitting or walking.

Natalia and I had a "meet and greet" and she visited my pup to get to know him as well the next day. I got a cute picture of him during her visit when I was away and felt good that he had a break and some company from a friendly, responsible doggie caregiver before I got home.
