Most of our fun is in the backyard where they can enjoy 1/2 acre of 5 feet fenced in freedom! I recently installed cameras for clients, please inquire about the app if you're interested. I have Skype, Google Voice, SnapChat and probably a few more apps that I use for video calls, pictures and updates at your request. For daycare and boarding, our house is around 1,900 sq ft with two living rooms, three bedrooms, a patio and a backyard that's fully fenced. We currently have a pet first aid kit and manual for pet CPR but we are not certified. We are very familiar with senior and chronically ill furbabies. I have 3 outdoor/indoor cats. I have experience with seniors and idiopathic epileptic dogs. My first experience as a dog owner was with a very smart chihuahua mix. I learned how to successfully house train and teach several commands. I have been an overnight sitter for an epileptic boxer for 4 years, his name was Tiger and he was the best dog Iv ever known, I loved him dearly.

Natalee was amazing!! I needed a last minute dog sitter first thing in the morning while visiting Gastonia for a work trip. I wasn’t sure if I was going to reach anyone so early in the morning but she answered right away! The pictures she sent me made me feel at ease while I was away from my little fur baby. Natalee did a great job with Ginger and we enjoyed the photo and video updates! Ginger had a blast playing with Athena and is tuckered out after her stay.

Proof of vaccinations and a negative fecal exam is required to hang out with me. The safety of my clients and pets are a priority! Please, don't put the health of your baby at risk, make sure any sitter you choose asks for vaccinations and a negative fecal exam. I will no longer board markers, destructive and cat/dog aggressive furbabies. My home should be a peaceful vacation for all my clients. FOR DROP-INS: I will drive a maximum 10 minutes from the Gaston County Library on Garrison. PLEASE check that you are within range before requesting a drop in. I have cared for and loved special needs animals. Disclosing incontinence, IBD, anxiety etc will only help me better prepare and care for them. I use belly bands and pee pads for incontinent dogs.
A typical day
We go for one 30min and two 5-10min walks a day in addition to frequent potty breaks in the backyard. Every visit for me is like having a new dog, I want to play and cuddle and see their personality shine. I can accommodate any sleeping arrangement, from our bed to crate to building them a soft fort out of some old blankets. I believe owner requests should be respected and the transition should be a smooth as possible. I have several media accounts and can post frequent updates with pictures and videos. I'm also an avid nature photographer, its a cherished hobby I'm still learning about. My Snapchat: fuzzy_bum, it's an easy way to see our daily life and our love for animals.
