Pet care experience
I currently live in a cosy apartment with my dog loving partner, Micah. Our home is a lovely first floor place, with a small fenced in yard that we have direct access to. We are a block away from Clark Park, which is great for socializing with other pups. We have lots of experience with all kinds of dogs, big, small, young and old. I have personally raised two puppies in my life so far, and know many tricks and training techniques. We would love to host your pup while you are out of town! Why I love dog sitting: I grew up with dogs. I love having pups be a part of my busy life, and I hope to one day have a big house with a huge yard so I can have more dogs live with me. About our place: It's a one bedroom apartment, with all hard wood floors (easy to clean!) We are not overly concerned about cleanliness, any like to keep things simple. We do not mind sharing our furniture with pups, but will differ to your preferences on that. My experience administering medication I have given injections to cats before, and would not mind doing it for any pup as long as I was instructed by the owner before the stay.

Natala, Micah & their pup Pepper are awesome! Riley has so much fun over there that she doesn't even notice when we leave and is super tired when we get back home from all the play time. Great communication. They've taken on meds and even PT exercises when our dog was recovering from an injury. Highly recommended
We are so fortunate to have found Natala & Micah to take care of our 1 year old puppy while we were away for 11 days. She is a high maintenance dog coming off an injury - needs to wear a brace and is on 3 medications. They were fantastic keeping us updated the whole time (with pictures!) and happy to meet whatever needs we had to keep Riley safe - while still getting to have a great time playing with their pup Pepper. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Natala and Micah were absolutely fantastic! They were great with our dog, Olive, and were experienced in caring for dogs. Our dog got along great with their dog Pepper, and had a great time at their house for the weekend! Natala and Micah were flexible with our pick up and drop off, and were very quick with communication. Our pup needed some extra care with her food and taking meds, and Natala and Micah were great in being willing to adjust to her needs. We definitely had peace of mind knowing that our dog was in great hands, and she was happy (and exhausted) from playing so much while we were gone. We hope that Olive will be able to spend the weekend with Natala and Micah in the future!
They scheduled a meet & greet ahead of time (unlike other sitters) which was awesome! It seems like my dog, Red, had a genuinely wonderful time with them and their new sweet pup, Pepper! Definitely will ask them again!

Information Natala C. would like to know about your pet
I don't have any preferences about breeds, just a dog that is friendly with ALL dogs and people. I would like to know if your pup has any stress triggers, and what I can do to help keep them happy and at ease during their stay. We also travel in the car (to go to a hike or park), so would need to have a dog that is OK with car rides. I am OK with highly energetic pups and more tame ones as well. We would definetly prefer to meet your pup in advance to make sure its a good fit all around!
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks As mentioned above, our back yard, or clark park, which is just down the street. Wissahickon park is about a 15 min drive and is a fun place to go on a hike. Your dog's sleeping arrangement They are allowed on the furniture, so they have their choice of couch or dog bed or my bed. Your house rules can also be applied in my place, just specify. Time I'll spend with your dog On weekdays - We would wake up early and go to the park for a 20-40 min romp, then I leave for work and Micah is at home until around 3-4 pm each day. I'll be home around 6:30, so your pup will not be alone for long. I'll hang with the pups at home in the evening and there is another evening walk or run in the yard. Your pup would have tons of time outside and tons of affection while staying with us!
